I have the same questions. Thanks for asking Jeni.

East Shore HD uses Flucelvax for our CVP because it’s egg free. We also offer it to our adults as the egg free option. We limit use of FluBlok as our egg free option because of its limitation to 18 and over. Our logic is that if someone under 18 inadvertently received an egg free vaccine from our private inventory vs. CVP there will be no adverse reaction.
We also order a few boxes of FluAd for those seniors who ask to not receive the High Dose but still want a “Senior vaccine”.
The administrative person who does billing is going to try to get me an :average” reimbursement since every insurance company is different.

Thank you. We have used Fluarix and Flulaval for years and were approached by a sales rep about Flucelvax. Gathering information to consider switching to Flucelvax next year 26-27.

We also use FluZone for the high dose with seniors.

      Thanks – jeni
